Best noodles in SoCal for the price. Very unassuming hole in the wall but that's where hidden gems are located! Get the lamb skewers and a noodle dish!

It is almost 40 miles away from where I live and I still come here for my cravings! Thank you for keeping it authentic. 口味地道。for vegetarians it has noodles without meat too. Like egg flower w tomato in hand made thick cut noodle. 番茄鸡蛋油泼面。One long noodle is enough for one bowl, cool skill. Biang Biang!

Idk why this place has such low ratings on yelp. The portion is so big and food tastes good. Service was quick and nice. You can order by scanning the card on the table. Feels like a small hole in the wall. Really great price for current economy. I would definitely come back again.

Lamb stewed noodles is comfort in a bowl. The hand-pulled noodles were chewy and latched on to the soup so it had a good amount of flavor. There were also plenty of lamb slices, none of which were gamey. This is a hefty portion so it could definitely be shared or you could devour the whole thing if you're hungry. The service was quick and you could see them making the noodles fresh in the kitchen.

We came here for noodles with our son. There were no paper menus, had to use QR code to open an online menu which wasn't very descriptive. I was deciding between Hand Made Noodle with beef and Hand Made Noodle with Brisket. I asked my wife what the difference was between the two, and to interpret the Chinese language menu, She replied "one is with beef and one is with Brisket". Oh, that makes sense. I ordered the noodles with brisket. She had cold noodle with sesame; and ordered Stir-fry noodle with beef for my son. The place seems to specialize in lamb and very hot/spicy dishes. When I started on my hand Made Noodle with Brisket soup, my tongue and lips started to tingle and buzz. The feeling like, when you get an electric shock, that kind of buzzing sensation. It was tasty, good, the texture of the noodles were nice, chewy. the noodles were long, we saw them making the noodles. I thought the bowl of soup had only one very long noodle! My son's chow mien was really flavorful, a lot of spices were used. I liked it but it was too spicy for him, and we had to stop on the way home to get him something else to eat. There was a good crowd inside, and they didn't have a problem with the level of spice. It was a good experience, reminded me of our vacation in China.

WHEN: Tuesday @ 12pm This is a really small hole in the wall family run business that sells all your traditional Xian foods. Although they are very traditional, they recently switched to using QR code menus which have English translations and pictures to most items. What we ordered: 1. Spicy Large Intestine Noodle $11 -- Very mala, so be careful if you're not into numbing spicy. The hand pulled noodles are thick and springy and overall delicious. It came with a bunch of intestines too! Large portion 2. Liang pi (cold noodle with sesame) $6.50 -- They make their liang pi very simple and the taste is really good. I wish they would have put more cucumber and the portion isn't that big but for only 6.50 it's still a steal! 3. Lamb innards soup with a side of bread $11 -- there was no name for this on the menu lol but it's basically clear noodle served in a very strong lamb broth with lamb innards. It's also served with one of their "hamburger" buns which you use to dip into the soup. Overall, this place has great dishes for a great price. Their hand pulled noodles are their strongest asset but I do recommend also trying the rest of what they serve as well. Although their heavier soups are very salty and can be overwhelming, I don't think it overshadows the taste of the dishes too much. Definitely worth a try and support local businesses!

Hometown style pork burger was so yumm! I only got that since I wasn't very hungry, but it definitely filled me up more than I expected. It was super juicy and flavorful, and according to my friend from XiAn it was pretty authentic. It was $6.60 which is a lot for just one but since it's pretty authentic I think it's fair. Also it's very oily, but that's when you know it's good Chinese food. Try it out!!
